Avocado Guacamole Dip / Avocado Bread Sandwich

Avocado Guacamole

Guacamole is famous Mexican dip generally served with tortillas. I came to see avocado fruit in supermarkets only after coming here. Though  it's a healthy fruit , the plain taste of raw avocado hesitated me  to try any recipe from it.  I have tried some salads but guacamole recipe really turned to be a hit.

Avocado Bread Sandwich

The ripe avocado is used here to make the dip. It is also called as butter fruit. The pulp of ripe avocado is like butter and is perfect to make these delicious healthy dip. It can used as a best alternative for any cheese dips. I make these dips as a  spread for bread sandwich or toasts and some times as dip for crackers. What's interesting is that it doesn't require any cooking.  Just mixing is enough.
