Ari Payasam is a popular recipe of Kerala and this payasam is believed to be the favorite of Lord Krishna. Paal Payasam is one of the popular prasadham of Guruvayoor temple.  Ari payasam is traditionally made with raw red rice / matta raw rice (broken) which is cooked in milk and sugar.

 A usual healthy breakfast made in most of our homes.  Normally Adai is served with Aviyal in hotels, which actually i have not tasted yet. We used to have adai with coconut chutney and i find it to be a good combo. Normally i don't use to follow any measurements with the dal for adai and will just add a variety of dal with rice and urud .

Weekday mornings are busy when we cannot have elaborate breakfast and end up with bread sandwich or oats because of its easiness.  Weekends are my turn to prepare our regular breakfast. Without bread nothing will do. I have already posted avocado sandwich and now comes the cheese sandwich.  It's interesting to try variety in sandwiches.

This is a quick and perfect munch that can be made in a jiff if all  the ingredients are available. This recipe is made with bread topped with fresh vegetables and cheese. Instant bread pizza is sure to be children's favorite snack and will satisfy you carving for home made pizza's.  Even if you don't have oven no need to worry you can still do it in tawa. Only thing is, the cheese may not turn brown, but with no compromise on taste.

'Triamasu' is a popular and classic Italian dessert made with arranging lady finger(finger shaped sponge biscuit) / sponge cake and mascarpone cheese filling with a touch of alcohol.   The one i have prepared here is not a classic version.  As i dint have enough time to search for lady fingers and mascarpone cheese i planned to make it simple by using Marie biscuits for the base with cream cheese filling.

Recently when i went to supermarket i found these individual muffin cups , so thought to get one. Then again i have to found the muffin liners to fit into it and finally got one. Finally i baked my cupcakes as a valentine special recipe.
